Privacy policy

Data controller

Zeytoun Labs will become the data controller upon its creation and upon the takeover of the website.

What we collect, and why

• Contact request (Institution information sheet): first name, phone number or email, reason for request, and message. These details are used solely to forward your request to the chosen institution, which will then contact you; the Kidakech team receives a copy to ensure it is received.
• Contact form Name, email, phone number (if you provide it), subject, and message. These are used to reply to you.
• "Notify me" (Pricing page): name, establishment, email, telephone if you provide it, city and chosen package, to notify you of the opening of paid packages.
• Request to several businesses (Page "Request to multiple establishments"): type of request, city, date or period, number and ages of children, budget, message, first name, email and phone number if you provide it. With your consent, this information will be sent to a maximum of 5 establishments, chosen according to your request and named in the confirmation email.
• "Place available" alert (details of an establishment indicated as full): your email, to send you a single email when a place becomes available, for a maximum of 90 days.
• Suggest a place Name, city, link and comment about the establishment, and your email address if you provide it, to notify you of its arrival. The Kidakech team may contact the suggested establishment to invite them to create their listing, without sharing your email address.
• Business area : first name, last name, email and telephone number of the person in charge, date of acceptance of the conditions, information and photos of the establishment, and for an association the receipt of declaration (consulted by the Kidakech team only, never published).
• Sign in with Google If you choose "Continue with Google," Google will share your email address (verified by Google), first name, and last name with us. We do not receive your password, contacts, or any other data from your Google account, and we do not publish anything on your behalf. This information is used solely to identify you and create your professional account.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

How long

Contact requests, requests to multiple establishments, and messages are deleted after 12 months; emails suggesting a place are deleted after 12 months; "available space" alerts are deleted as soon as they expire (90 days maximum). Login links expire after 15 minutes, and professional account sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. An establishment's data is kept as long as its listing exists, then deleted upon request. Emails that Kidakech sends to establishments (recipient, date, subject, and text) are kept for 3 years for relationship management purposes, then deleted; personal login links are never stored. Other emails sent by the site are deleted from the outbox after 90 days. Nightly backups are kept for 30 days.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. Only one technical cookie exists: the session cookie for the professional area. Without cookies, your browser also stores, on your device only: your appearance preferences, your favorites, the last city selected, recently viewed items, and a copy of the pages you have visited for offline access. In the professional area, it retains the indication of an open session, your display preferences, and the draft of your listing for up to 30 days, so that nothing is lost if you close the page. This information is not sent to us; you can delete it from your browser settings. The number of visits to listings is counted without cookies and without personal data (daily totals). The Google Maps map, YouTube videos, and the Google button in the professional area only load on the pages that display them; Google then applies its own privacy policy.

Businesses, prospects and technical log

To promote Kidakech, we can contact children's facilities using the email addresses they publish themselves (website, Facebook, Instagram) or the ones they provide to us; each email allows them to unsubscribe. The contact information for the facilities and their administrators is kept in our tracking database for as long as the relationship exists. For security purposes, we keep a record of actions performed in the professional area and the console (date, account email address, action) and a non-reversible IP address fingerprint.

Service providers and transfers

The data is stored and processed using Google services (storage, email sending, connection with Google) and Cloudflare (website hosting, form anti-robot verification by Cloudflare Turnstile, without advertising cookies), and with o2switch (France) for the [email protected] email address. These providers may host the data outside of Morocco, particularly in the United States and the European Union.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]We will respond within one month at the most. If you are logged in with Google, you can also revoke Kidakech's access from your Google account settings (Security › Third-party logins). You can also contact the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).
